RT brought the Mardi Gras spirit to convention goers last night with larger than life floats, a parade, and a dance party. Romance authors tossed coveted purple, gold and green beaded necklaces into the fan-filled crowds–and all the crowd had to do was cheer, scream, and show their… enthusiasm! (Yes, enthusiasm. Keeping it classy!) After the parade, the party-goers celebrated in the main events space, complete with amazing live music and local cuisine, with each dish sponsored by a different publisher.
